Sometimes

I have to deal with being a woman with a beard every day of my life.

Every.  Day.

So sue me if the odd time, coupled with other events that might be currently wailing on my emotions, I can't handle it.

These words, which I can never seem to say out loud, are directed at anyone who feels I have disappointed them by giving up for a day and refusing to leave the house.  Sometimes, I don't have the energy to fight.

You take as much time as you need, girl! Please don't hesitate to send me a message on those particular days if you need some support.

Sending you love and hoping you're feeling better :-)

Thank you, Carly.

Moods like that always pass. :) However, I haven't yet learned to deal with the guilt that other people lay upon me, especially people who are aware of my limitations yet behave like I am doing it on purpose. That's a toughie!

Sometimes we deserve just to have a bad day, week or, erhm, a year.
But, as you said, those moods pass.
What stays is the frustration of "why can't you try to understand me" toward those who, well, don't try to understand.
I don't think you're supposed to learn to deal with that. Why? You know you are not "guilty". It's them who should feel guilty for pressuring you when you don't feel like doing this or that.

I just saw this post, I'll get to the rest later. I hope that mood passed for you. Hugs!

Oh yeah, the mood is long gone. But you're right, we're kind of entitled to low points. Everyone has them. :)
